Would like to speak with the owner of the company. Rep was unprofessional, rude and he threatened me multiple times. He said it would take approximately 2 hours to clean and treat 6 areas, he was done in 45 minutes. I have never worked with anyone so unprofessional and rude

After having a very bad experience with previous company we had to hire another carpet cleaner who could help us get our deposit back. We had several stains from kids and pets and some odor as well. The odor got worse after the first company did the job. I was recommended by a neighbor to contact power pup. Although I wish I would have hired them in the first place, it still ended up being ok. They removed almost every stain and got our carpets looking great. On my final day of walk through the landlord was happy and we did get our deposit back. These guys are easy to work with and top notch professionals. Big thanks to dave for cleaning up our mess.

This company saved us the headache and $ of relaxing our carpets. If you have a really dirty carpet then I highly recommend calling these guys. Steve and mike were very professional. They were able to get our carpet almost back to new. Minus couple small stains I saw nothing that wasn’t removed. Very professional company and great communication.
